Your responsibilities
As part of an international climate initiative project focused on strengthening ecosystem resilience in Colombia, we are seeking an experienced freelance consultant to support green businesses in the circular economy sector, particularly in waste valorization (e.g. plastics, organic waste, glass, used cooking oils). In this role, you will work closely with local enterprises and project partners, contributing to organizational strengthening and business development.
- Conduct organizational, business, and operational assessments
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in governance, processes, and sustainability
- Design and implement organizational development measures
- Perform benchmarking analysis (national & international best practices)
