Position Summary
The Global Assistant Merchant supports the development of a commercially viable global assortment that meets the needs of international markets. This role partners closely with merchandising, design, and production teams and helps manage sell-in tools and product samples for international partners in preparation for go-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support international product strategies for assigned departments/division across key milestone meetings (roadmap, product alignment, coordination).
+ Prepare tools and templates needed to communicate assortment updates to cross-functional teams (CFT).
+ Participate in product milestone reviews; recommend additions/changes to meet international business needs.
