Summary
The Supervisor, Operations is responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts within the road freight team, supporting growth and profitability objectives across the organization. The role also leads and supports team members to ensure high accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all operational services are completed in line with agreed schedules and that administration is handled according to company guidelines
- Motivate, guide, and coach team members to achieve targets and implement new processes effectively
- Liaise with carriers and vendors to ensure service levels align with agreements and compliance requirements
