Drive the end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of project procurement activities across assigned Regional Hubs to advance the Banks development mandates. This role ensures rigorous compliance with procurement guidelines throughout the entire project lifecyclefrom initial preparation and appraisal to successful implementation and closure. Additionally, the position serves as a strategic contributor to policy formulation, strategy development, and stakeholder capacity building in project procurement.
