We're opening a brand new sauna and ice bath wellness center on Calle 10, and we need someone to be the face and heart of it all. This role goes beyond a typical front desk job. You're setting the tone for how people experience our space, creating first impressions that matter.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients and make them feel special
- Manage reservations, check–ins, and daily operations
- Answer questions and guide people through their experience
- Keep everything organized and flowing smoothly
- Process payments and coordinate with the team
