Job Description
Star Dance Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our students and guests while managing daily operations including class registrations, membership sales, and customer inquiries.
Preferred Availability
- Mondays to Fridays 6pm to 10pm
- Saturdays 1pm to 6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and guests, creating a positive first impression of the studio.
- Manage class registrations, membership sales, and transactions with accuracy and timely processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, addressing concerns and providing information about studio offerings and policies.
