Our Seton location is growing fast and getting busier every week. We’re looking for aBar Server / Supervisor who can seamlessly step between serving guests and leading the team.
This is a hybrid role for someone ready to take the next step in leadership while still loving time on the floor.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll work a mix of:
Bar Server or Bartending shifts delivering exceptional guest experiences
Supervisor/Management shifts supporting operations, coaching staff, and running the floor
You are the bridge between the team and management — setting the tone, solving problems, and keeping service smooth when it matters most.
