We are currently seeking a passionate Front Office Agent to join the team @Pestana Algarve - Alvor location.
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour.
- Respond to all guest questions and requests.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Ensure quality standards are in compliance
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
