Job Description
The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily, to ensure that all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics to maintain smooth and efficient order flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily order fulfilment activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Review and process customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and inventory availability.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to prioritize and schedule picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
- Communicate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with inventory or shipment.
