About the Role
We are a forward‑deployed, embedded team that works on‑site in factories to scope workflows, prototype rapidly, and ship production‑grade software directly on customer infrastructure. In parallel you will build reusable tooling and abstractions (SDKs, templates, adapters, CLIs, golden paths) that accelerate future customer deliveries.
Success is measured by customer outcomes (time‑to‑value, adoption, reliability) and platform leverage (reusable modules merged upstream).
Location: In‑person only. TBD based on travel.
Compensation: $100K+ Basic + Equity TBD
Experience: 0–1+ years building and shipping production systems.
