As a Family Response Worker, you will provide essential services that help Indigenous families thrive. Your role will include working directly in the family’s home and the community, focusing on culturally relevant support. Collaboration with the Ministry of Children and Family Development will be key to developing and maintaining wellness plans tailored to family needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct home-based assessments for family referrals • Develop and review wellness plans in collaboration • Organize culturally appropriate activities and Healing Circles • Manage family emergencies as the primary contact • Assist clients with appointment needs
