• Manage recruitment and track applicant documentation
• Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Conduct employee orientation and maintain performance records
• Ensure accurate filing of personnel documentation
• Support the HR team in daily operational tasks
Requirements:
• Experienced in Human Resources with 3 years minimum
• Post-secondary degree in HR or pursuing CHRP certification
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
