Nurse Practitioner
We are growing our team to enhance the care at Marianhill in response to the new Fixing Long-Term Care Act. As a result, we are recruiting for a full time Nurse Practitioner.
Marianhill is a faith based, not-for-profit organization that provides long-term care, community support services, palliative and hospice care services. Marianhill is accredited with Exemplary Standing.
Marianhill’s Nurse Practitioner provides direct comprehensive care to Residents with specialized and complex needs based on advanced clinical knowledge and decision-making skills in assessment, diagnosis, and health care management. The Nurse Practitioner practice is an interdependent practice in which the Nurse Practitioner works independently by the authority given to perform additional controlled acts as outlined in the College of Nurses of Ontario’s Standards of Practice for Registered Nurse in the Extended Class, collaboratively within an interdisciplinary tea...
