Join Partner Engineering and Science as a full-time Property Condition Assessor in Toronto. Your role will involve conducting assessments, client communication, and technical reporting.
Partner is seeking an experienced assessor to undertake critical project tasks and finalize Property Condition Assessments. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines and budgets are met while performing site reconnaissance and compiling data. Travel within Canada is required for project assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site reconnaissance and project research
• Compile and organize relevant data for reporting
• Author technical reports and supporting documents
• Communicate project status and issues to the Project Manager
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines
