We're hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator at Alta Material Handling in Dorval, QC, focused on customer orders and satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
In this role, you will report to the Corporate Rental Manager and be responsible for managing the entire order process. Engaging with both customers and vendors, you will utilize your organizational skills to track equipment orders efficiently and ensure timely communication about deliveries using the SILK operating system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders from initiation to completion
• Manage daily communications with sales reps and vendors
• Record equipment data in the inventory system
• Create shipping documents and verify order accuracy
• Assist with annual audits and maintain accurate filing
