Responsibilities
- Provide quality speech therapy services and referrals
- Evaluate and gather data for effective treatment planning
- Develop personalized treatment plans and set goals
- Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures
- Complete necessary documentation compliant with CMS expectations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competency required
- Must hold an active SLP license in relevant states

- Knowledge of FEES/MBS protocols preferred
