Responsibilities
Directly supervise up to 2 TBP sites to ensure that sites and employees are meeting their goals and the objectives of the organization;Provide management support and coaching to other sites in the Midwest region as directed by the Regional ManagerIdentify areas of growth for local staff and coordinate professional development opportunities to build pathways for leadership within and outside of the organization;Implement organizational directives and ensure organizational policies and procedures are consistently followed but locally adapted and responsive;Monitor and troubleshoot at TBP sites remotely and at regular site visits;Regularly report to senior leadership team regarding site operations flagging obstacles as appropriate;Step in to meet with local stakeholders and represent The Bail Project when needed;Contribute to local fundraising and draft grant applicationsAssist with the hiring and onboarding of new site staff particularly site manager...
