Dollarama is seeking a full-time Team Leader for their Mississauga location, focusing on leading a team and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining store operations and service standards.
You will be responsible for supervising associates, managing merchandising, and ensuring high service levels in this permanent role. Day-to-day, you will address customer inquiries, train staff, and lead the inventory process. Your role will also include performing cash management and ensuring safety and cleanliness within the store.
