Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, implementation, operation, support and evolution of a citizen complaints management system
- Plan, coordinate and monitor tasks related to the system's implementation
- Oversee the installation, configuration and integration of the solution
- Execute and supervise the migration of existing data to the new platform
- Configure and manage control tables required for case classification
- Ensure the implementation of complaint handling processes: receipt, validation, opening, assignment, tracking and closure of cases
- Manage roles and permissions to control access to data and system functionality
- Define and implement mechanisms for tracking, searching and viewing cases
