Job Description
- Develop and implement functional safety concepts in compliance with ISO 26262 standards for hardware systems
- Perform detailed safety analyses including FMEA, FMEDA, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to identify and mitigate risks
- Define, allocate, and manage hardware safety requirements across system and component levels
- Support Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) and ensure proper safety goals are established and tracked
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and systems engineering) to integrate safety requirements into product design
- Contribute to system architecture development with a focus on safety-critical features and fault-tolerant design
- Support verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with functional safety requirements
