As a Fund Operations Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Fund Operations. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, assisting advisors with inquiries about funds and performance calculations. You'll also collaborate with portfolio managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle advisor-related inquiries regarding funds and portfolios
• Calculate and review fund performance metrics
• Prepare marketing materials for fund information
