Overview
The Junior LatAm Recruiter will be a key player in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the specific needs and challenges of Gallagher in the region. Will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of each role, identifying qualified candidates, and managing the end to end recruitment process to ensure the right fit for the organization. Additionally, they may also contribute to employer branding efforts, talent pipeline development, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the competitive insurance market in LATAM.
