What You'll Do Perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks Support small construction projects and preventive maintenance Requirements 2+ years of general maintenance, construction, or handyman experience Reliable transportation Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred: HVAC, carpentry, minor electrical, or plumbing experience Benefits 401(k) with employer match Positive, team-oriented environment
