ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Partners with HR to attract, recruit, develop and retain a diverse, high performing team
- Train and develop staff to meet company guidelines and expectations
- Ensure continual, positive communication and feedback with staff, including all annual Continuous Improvement Summaries (CIS – Reviews) delivered timely
