Overview
Boston Pizza Cranbrook is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our high-volume restaurant and sports bar.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as General Manager in sit-down full-service dining and lounge/bar operations.
- Proven ability to run a large team of 58-65 employees with 24+ staff on the floor at once.
- Strong leadership in both Front of House and Kitchen operations.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- They are the leader of the restaurant overseeing both Front of House and Heart of House operations, ensuring both work together as one.
- Leads by example and works alongside their team members.
- Achieves goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members.
