Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, establish a sense of urgency, and act as a role model for the team.
- Work hands-on with staff during daily operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Demonstrate a guest-first approach at all times.
- Hire, train, and develop staff.
- Promote the restaurant in the local market.
- Coordinate in-store promotions.
- Develop and meet financial plans.
