The General Manager (GM) at Delta Cash & Carry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires a motivated and experienced professional with at least 7 years of experience in grocery retail or similar businesses. The GM is tasked with managing inventory and stock purchasing while coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. In addition to operational oversight, the GM leads a team of 18 employees, taking charge of staff scheduling, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
