Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager for a growing company in the metal-mechanical industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
- Strong strategic leadership and P&L ownership
- Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
- Solid background in production planning, quality systems (ISO/IATF), and EHS compliance
- Proven track record managing KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems (PLEX/SAP/Oracle/Workday is a plus)
- Advanced English (bilingual)
