As Division Manager / General Manager, you will lead the division as a complete business, with responsibility for: Developing and executing the divisions commercial and operational strategy. Leading turnkey workshop and service-center projects from concept to commissioning. Advising automotive dealers, service networks, fleets, government entities, and independent workshop groups. Translating customer operational requirements into complete equipment, layout, and workflow solutions. Growing equipment sales, workshop projects, maintenance contracts, spare parts, and technical services. Strengthening relationships with international equipment manufacturers and technology partners. Building a disciplined sales, project-management, installation, and aftersales organization. Ensuring projects are delivered professionally, on time, and to the required technical standards.
