Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection- Oversee recruitment and selection of personnel for both Direct and Indirect Labor positions.
- Maintain job postings on internal and external websites.
- Maintain hiring tracking and personnel requests related to job openings.
- Oversee talent attraction methods including social media and other platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to establish unique recruitment processes for openings.
- Maintain job descriptions for all positions.
