What you’ll be doing
You’ll run your own portfolio of jobs, and work directly with clients rather than sitting behind a senior engineer. You’ll bring sound technical judgement to practical problems, manage scope and budget with real commercial awareness, and mentor graduate engineers coming up behind you. You’ll also have room to get involved in research, technical writing, and building your profile in the industry.
