Role Overview
The Engineering Lead is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to process specifications across all areas of the battery manufacturing operation. This role defines the plant vision for the future, develops and executes the roadmap toward the future state—including automation initiatives and continuous improvement—manages process changes, implements best practices, and oversees updates to process documentation. The position acts as a key technical partner for Plant Operations, ensuring process stability, quality, safety, and alignment with global engineering standards.
What You’ll Do- Define the vision for the future state of the plant; develop and execute a roadmap with investment projects to reach the desired equipment, automation level, and operational performance.
