- Conduct change management processes according to company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate risks and impacts of proposed changes.
- Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Work alongside development, infrastructure, support, and business teams.
- Perform validation and homologation testing prior to deployment.
- Monitor and provide support during the post‑deployment period, ensuring environment stability.
- Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders.
