Job Summary
Gerente General La Tiquetera – Medellín, Colombia. Lead the La Tiquetera unit at Ticketmaster, ensuring business continuity, integration with Ticketmaster Colombia and effective governance, aligning strategy with Ticketmaster LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute business strategy in Medellín, aligning commercial, financial, and operational objectives.
- Lead functional workstreams—Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and HR—for integration with Ticketmaster Colombia.
- Direct daily operations of La Tiquetera, guaranteeing quality service and platform continuity (technology, customer support, event execution, financial controls).
- Develop, retain, and mentor a team of ~35 employees, embodying Ticketmaster values.
- Manage P&L, annual budget, revenue and cost controls, and report financial KPIs to Ticketmaster Colombia GM.
