Job Description
Drive quality management initiatives as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Germiphene, part of Young Innovations. This role emphasizes leadership in investigations and compliance within a pharmaceutical setting.
You will report to the Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in managing the QMS. By leading investigations of out-of-specification results and complaints, you’ll utilize root cause analysis tools to drive process improvements. You will also mentor junior staff and ensure timely resolution of quality issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee investigation processes for deviations and non-conformances
• Author SOPs and ensure they align with regulatory standards
• Manage Annual Product Quality Reviews for product compliance
• Guide and develop junior QA associates within the team
