We are looking for an HR IM application manager to join our Digital for Corporate North American team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will serve as IT Product and Service Manager for the Human Resources.
Your role as HR IM Application Manager will be to drive end-to-end lifecycle management of HR IT products and applications related to Human Capital and Learning Management, with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Time Management modules. This role serves as an important digital interface for HR business stakeholders, ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of core HR systems within the Airbus North American entities.
