About the Role
Reporting to the Vice‑President, Engineering and Construction, the Commissioning Manager / IST Lead will play a key role in bridging the gap between build and operations, lead the validation of complex MEP environments, and ensure total system resilience — from individual component verification through to complex failure‑scenario simulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning levels 1‑4: develop and maintain the commissioning master plan covering Factory Witness Testing (Level 1) through Functional Performance Testing (Level 4).
- Review shop drawings, submittals and MEP designs to ensure testability and alignment with operational standards.
- Lead third‑party commissioning agents and equipment vendors to complete pre‑functional checklists and startup reports.
