Salaire : 120 000 $ – 150 000 $
Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15 people, including a majority of Commercial Insurance Account Directors.
- Develop and execute the business development strategy.
- Establish and enforce the compliance policy, a core element of the firm.
- Provide training and coaching for the mid‑market and large accounts teams.
