Senior Manager, Customer Engineering – Helicopter Programs (Longueuil, QC). This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Customer Engineering Manager of Helicopter Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Responsibilities focus on managing strategic customer accounts and driving field investigations, technical support, and program updates for helicopter engine programs. Responsibilities
Lead Helicopter Program customer engineering activities from initiation through successful resolution. Support event troubleshooting and logistics coordination during field incidents. Interface with Field Service Representatives, the Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk), and operators during regular field event reviews. Ensure event resolution and provide follow‑up through Investigative Process Teams (IPTs), reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, corrective campaigns, and other actions.
