The Operations Program Senior Manager leads the Operations Program Management team, serving as the “voice of Operations” to all internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on the industrialization of engine programs throughout their life cycle (NPI and Legacy), driving quality, safety, delivery, customer satisfaction and EHS.
