Become an Advocacy Advisor with Oxfam in Tamale, Ghana and drive initiatives for gender equality. Collaborate with local partners to empower marginalized communities through advocacy.
This role is a 12-month engagement under the Equality in Action Volunteer Cooperation Program, aiming to bolster local advocacy efforts. You will support NORSAAC NGO by providing technical expertise to enhance their advocacy strategies and improve project communication. Your work will focus on capacity building for project staff and youth networks.
