This position involves managing health, disability, wellness, pension, and time-off programs across North America, Europe, and APAC. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement global employee benefits programs • Analyze utilization and cost data for strategic decision-making • Develop presentations on benefit plans and enhancements • Ensure compliance with regulations across jurisdictions • Manage third-party vendor relationships and quality assurance
