Drive strategic compliance insights as the Senior Manager at the Global Testing Centre of Excellence in Toronto. This role emphasizes data governance and compliance improvement in a collaborative environment.
As the Senior Manager, you will support the Director in executing the Global Compliance Testing program. You will create actionable insights and oversee metrics that inform the Chief Compliance Officer on compliance testing outcomes. Your leadership will enhance collaboration with teams, focusing on continuous improvement in compliance and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver insights reports and metric slides to senior leadership
• Prepare data for Key Risk and Performance Indicators
• Lead enhancements to compliance testing dashboards
• Validate Quality Control Metric Score scripts for accuracy
• Act as Data Governance Testing Business Process Owner
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and relevant financial services experience
