The Integral Contracting and Controlling Manager manages IT/OT contracts, software licensing, and cost controlling activities across the Distribution Transformer organisation. The role combines strategic contract governance with financial oversight, working closely with procurement, controlling, legal, and IT stakeholders. Daily activities include vendor negotiations, licence compliance monitoring, budget tracking, risk assessment, and management reporting. The position operates in a global, cross‑functional environment with a strong focus on transparency, compliance, and cost optimisation.
