Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, the Global Controller will lead the accounting and controllership function across the BE Group’s multi-entity, multi-country manufacturing and distribution platform. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, strengthening controls, and scaling processes to support continued growth.
Consolidated Reporting & Internal Controls
- Own and lead consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across all legal entities.
- Own and continuously improve the global month‑end close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Manage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and elimination entries.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, multi‑jurisdiction reporting, and internal policies.
