Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Customer Experience lead in Mexico City to oversee the end-to-end customer journey, addressing complaints and escalations with a focus on satisfaction.
You will collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Quality, and Tech Support to drive root-cause analysis and prevent recurrence, coordinating global teams across North America, Europe and Asia as needed.
