A leading consulting firm is seeking a Consultant, Engagement & Culture to join their Employee Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in supporting employee-led initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and supporting engagement initiatives, consulting with HR partners, and contributing to global projects. Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spanish is a plus. The position is based in Edmonton, Canada.
