**Global Formulation Specialist**:
Skretting Aquaculture Innovation is strengthening it’s Global Formulation Team and is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Global Formulation Specialist** to drive excellence and innovation in formulating aquatic diets. This key role involves developing and implementing optimized, cost-effective feed formulations for diverse aquatic species worldwide.
You will report to the Global Formulation Manager, and be located at our headquarters in Stavanger, Norway.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Serve as a global key user, supporting design and maintenance of the Skretting formulation Bestmix environment. Build trust and drive formulation excellence through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Act as a primary technical resource for Operating Companies (Opco’s), and ensure we transfer formulation knowledge and best practices across our operations.
