Lead PixMob's global event projects as an Operations Manager, Fulfillment. Drive flawless execution across timelines and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of live events.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the execution of fulfillment plans, balancing labor fluctuations while aligning operational units across global hubs. Your leadership will bridge Sales, Production, and logistics to ensure critical dock dates are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all project fulfillment timelines globally
• Act as primary contact for cross-functional teams
• Handle capacity constraints and rush orders effectively
• Manage workflows in the Montreal workshop for optimal branding
• Oversee scheduling of the Workshop team during peak periods
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in project fulfillment operations
• High proficiency in ERP software and project management tools
