General Payroll Vendor Governance and Controls Analyst
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (or Manila, Philippines) – Work Pattern: Global hours across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC time zones; up to 15% travel (domestic and/or international)
Position Summary
The Global Payroll Vendor Governance and Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of payroll compliance and control activities across global Payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) processes. This role partners closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM), Internal Audit/PwC, and external vendors to ensure adherence to regulatory, statutory, and internal control requirements (including SOX), while supporting global transformation initiatives and standardization efforts.
